Brilliant.!! I do not know where you found this but I must say "Well done" I am guessing the UK does not have any type of bankruptcy protection We in the US did until the Bankruptcy Reform Act. Believe it or not, the ability to declare bankruptcy actually aided in the growth of the United States economy People were willing to take risks It was up to the banks to perform due diligence on the loans they made But now, banks can make irresponsible loans and then try to suck blood out of borrowers who probably were encouraged to go into debt by those lenders
